Violet leaf leads, green and faintly metallic, over clary sage and a cedar that several owners call creamy rather than dry; a coconut-water sweetness turns up again and again, though no coconut is listed. To one wearer it is Santal 33 without the pickle note; another walks a dog through wet underbrush and smells the same thing on their sleeve. It keeps close: four to six hours of skin scent for some, a working day for others, two days on a polo shirt for one. The unconvinced get a musty dampness or a gym bag, and one scrubbed it off.
