What a commission never changes

• A commission never buys a verdict. Our descriptions of a fragrance's notes, wear and formulation record follow the same editorial standards whether or not it has a paid link.
• A page without a vetted offer has no purchase link. Retailer availability can change after we check an offer.
• We link to retailers with whom we have commission arrangements. We do not survey every seller, and a cheaper bottle may be available elsewhere. The retailer's checkout price applies.
• We do not accept payment for any comparison verdict, including a claim that two fragrances resemble each other.
